The service

Play Basketball Bros provides game discovery, categories, original guides, links, and access to third-party game players. A game provider controls its own software, availability, content, advertising, and separate terms.

Minors should use the site with parent or guardian supervision where required. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms or have appropriate permission.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the site for personal, lawful, non-commercial browsing and gameplay and may submit a relevant comment in accordance with these Terms.

• Do not interfere with the site, its security, or another visitor’s use.
• Do not introduce malicious code, probe for unauthorized access, or abuse automated requests.
• Do not impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use the site for unlawful activity.
• Do not post harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, advertising, links, contact details, personal information, malicious content, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
• Do not copy or commercially exploit our original guides, layout, or site compilation without permission.

User comments

You remain responsible for a comment you submit and must have the rights needed to post it. Comments become public immediately after successful submission, so use a nickname and do not include personal or confidential information.

By submitting a comment, you grant Play Basketball Bros a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and format that comment as reasonably needed to operate and present the comment feature. This license ends when the comment is deleted, except for limited copies kept for legal, security, or backup purposes.

New comments do not enter a pre-publication review queue. Automated checks may reject content covered by our Community Guidelines, and three distinct report identities in one UTC day automatically hide a public comment. We may also hide or delete a comment after publication when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, is irrelevant or abusive, creates privacy or safety concerns, or must be removed for operational or legal reasons.

Third-party games and intellectual property

Game software, names, artwork, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners or licensors. Our original text, organization, and site compilation are protected to the extent allowed by law.

Featuring or embedding a game does not by itself imply ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership. Third-party services may change or become unavailable without notice.

Availability and disclaimers

We may update, suspend, remove, or replace listings and features. The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every third-party game is suitable for every visitor or device.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or third-party content. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms when the site, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear on this page. These Terms are governed by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
