Send copyright notices and counter-notices to this address. This contact is not presented as a registered Copyright Office agent.
What a copyright notice should include
- A physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact page URL and enough information to identify the material at issue.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
Review process
We may request clarification, remove or disable access to material, correct a credit or link, notify the relevant provider, or forward a notice when appropriate. Incomplete or materially inaccurate notices may delay review.
If the complaint concerns content controlled by a third-party game provider, contacting that provider directly may also be necessary.
Counter-notices
We may restore material or access when legally appropriate. We may restrict repeat infringement associated with site-controlled content. Knowingly making a false copyright claim or counter-notice may create legal liability.
- Identify the removed or disabled material and its former location.
- Provide your name, address, telephone number, email, and physical or electronic signature.
- State under penalty of perjury that the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
- Include the jurisdiction and service statements required by applicable copyright law.
