COMMUNITY SAFETY

Community Guidelines

Comments should describe a genuine experience, question, or useful strategy. New comments are stored and displayed publicly as soon as they are submitted.

What belongs in a comment

  • A specific control, strategy, troubleshooting step, or question about the game on that page.
  • A genuine experience written in your own words.
  • Respectful disagreement about a tactic, mode, or difficulty.
  • A nickname that does not impersonate another person, company, developer, or member of our staff.

What is not allowed

  • Harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, graphic violence, or encouragement of illegal or dangerous activity.
  • Spam, advertising, affiliate promotions, links, email addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, or other contact details.
  • Personal information about you or anyone else, including a full name, school, precise location, or private room code.
  • Copied reviews, fabricated identities, impersonation, deceptive claims, or staff-written copy presented as a player review.
  • Copyrighted material you do not have permission to post, malicious instructions, or attempts to interfere with the site.
  • Requests or encouragement to click advertisements.

Immediate publication and removal

New comments do not enter a pre-publication review queue. They are stored in the site database and displayed publicly immediately after a successful submission.

We may later hide or delete a comment after a report or when we learn that it is unsafe, deceptive, irrelevant, unlawful, privacy-invasive, or otherwise violates these Guidelines or our Terms. Staff or editorial contributions, if ever added to a discussion, must carry a clear staff label and are not presented as player reviews.

Reporting and removal requests

Use the inline Report control beside a public comment for spam, harassment, personal-information, or other concerns. You can also use the Contact page for a detailed report; include the game page URL, displayed nickname, approximate date, and reason without repeating sensitive information.

A person who submitted a comment may request removal. We may ask for reasonable information needed to locate and verify the request without asking for unnecessary identity documents.

Children and privacy

Children should not use a real full name or submit contact, school, location, account, or family information. Parents and guardians can report a concern through the Contact page. Information typed inside a third-party game is controlled by that provider.
